Many boards are made from short-lived materials such as bamboo or plastic.
We use high-quality wood species: walnut, acacia, oak, and ash provide strength, durability, and resistance to damage.
Stabilized hardwood you can actually put in the dishwasher.
We process wood in a special vacuum chamber.
Using high pressure linseed oil and beeswax, we seal the pores of the wood to a depth of up to 7 mm and make it resistant to moisture and aggressive environments.

METHODS
Object of Testing: MagFlex Cutting Board

Stabilization: Vacuum impregnation with mixture wood resin, linseed oil & beeswax (depth 4-7 mm).

Testing conditions: 50 washing cycles in dishwasher at 65-70 °C (149-158 °F) with alkaline detergents (pH 9-10).

Conclusions:
Based on the test results, the MagFlex cutting board successfully withstood 50 cycles of washing in a dishwasher at 65-70 °C (149-158 °F) without any loss of quality or functionality.

The surface remained undamaged (no cracks, swelling, or deformation).

RECOMMENDATION:
Once every 3 months, apply a mixture of linseed oil and beeswax in a ratio of 5 to 1. (Olive oil can be used instead.) This is an inexpensive and environmentally friendly method.
We do not recommend using mineral oils. Mineral oils are a product of the petroleum industry, obtained by processing crude oil.
